Fishing & Wildlife
Immediately adjacent to the Park sits a large well stocked fishing lake which is surrounded by 50 pegs in 4 acres of landscaped grounds. The fishing lake together with the Sibsey Trader River running directly alongside the Park makes Bridge Farm Caravan Park an angler’s paradise!
The private fishing lake is for the exclusive use of the Park’s customers and has been stocked with a wide variety of fish including bream, rudd, roach, ide, chub, barbell, tench, perch and various different species of carp.
Throughout the season the Park holds a number of informal fishing matches (including a children’s match) which enable the customers, friends and family to fish together and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
The Sibsey Trader River runs immediately adjacent to Bridge Farm Caravan Park. Along the stretch of the Trader next to the Park are 10 purpose built fishing stands. The Trader River also holds a wide variety of fish including perch, chub, carp and pike. A short distance up river, the Trader also has 3 wide access platforms which provide easy access to fish the River for wheelchair users.
Coarse fishing is also available close by at Hob Hole and the River Witham, together with a number of other private fishing lakes in the surrounding area.
