1) The annual site fee will allow the caravan owners pitch to be occupied from the 1^st April to the 31^st October. The fee is due within 28 days of the 1^st April each year.

2)  The caravan will be allowed to stay on the park during the close season at the discretion of Bridge Farm Caravan Park . However no charge will be made for winter storage.

3)  Caravans can not be sold to a third party with the benefit of the pitch and the benefit cannot be assigned to another person during the open or closed seasons.

4)  All caravans must be fully insured with a copy of the certificate given to Bridge Farm Caravan Park

5) All caravans must have a current gas and electrical certificate, with a copy of both given to Bridge Farm Caravan Park . Caravans without both certificates will not be allowed on the park.

6)  The caravan owner will be responsible for keeping the exterior of their caravan in a tidy and weather proof order.

7)  The caravan owner is responsible for keeping their pitch clean and tidy.

8)  No permanent washing lines to be erected. The use of trees, shrubs and fencing to hang washing on will not be allowed.

9) All dogs must be under the control of the dog owner at all times.

10)  No tradesmen will be allowed to work in or around any caravan unless prior permission has been given by Bridge Farm Caravan Park .

11)  Only storage lockers approved by Bridge Farm Caravan Park are allowed and permission must be sought as to their positioning.

12)  Please have consideration at all times for other owners and their guests. Keep the level of noise to a minimum particularly at night.

13)  Children on the park must be well behaved and be considerate to other peoples property.

14)  No paper, wood, etc., to be stored under or around the caravan as this is a fire risk.

15)  The letting of caravans is not allowed.

16)  Should a problem arise with any of the services to your caravan please contact Bridge Farm Caravan Park .

17)  All caravans brought onto the park must be purchased through Orchard Caravans ( Norfolk ) Ltd., Great Eastern Way , Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk , NR23 1LY

18)  No caravan will be allowed to be brought onto or remain on the park if it has been manufactured in excess of 20 years prior to the 1^st April in each year. The owners of Bridge Farm Caravan Park reserve the right to alter this period from time to time at their discretion.

19) The registration fee is a one off payment and allows you to bring one approved caravan onto Bridge Farm Caravan Park subject to their terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions will entitle the owner of the park to require you to remove your caravan from the park forthwith with no claim for compensation by you.
